A little device to ignite flash cotton or paper. A small cup is fitted with a striking wheel and flint all attached to a finger clip. A bit of flash cotton or paper is put into the cup and a spin of the wheel causes an instant burst of flames to appear from your hand. Although flash paper will work, we highly recommend the use of flash cotton instead. It burns faster, cleaner, and is more sure fire than paper. This is a fire device. Use with caution. Not sold to minors.
