Perfect Magic Reg’d Return Policy
The main ingredient in any magic trick, book or DVD is the secret. Once
learned, this cannot be returned. Therefore, please choose you items carefully
before ordering as we cannot accept any returns. If you are unsure please feel free to either
email or call us and we will do our best to provide you with enough information
to make your decision.
Very few magic related items come
with any sort of guarantee. We endeavour to choose only quality props that our
suppliers back up and make good on any problems with respect to their items.
If for any reason you think that an
item is defective, please get back to us right away and tell us the problem. If
warranted, we will authorize you to return the product and it will be either repaired
or replaced. In the event that the item has been discontinued, you may choose
another item of equal or greater value to replace it. Any differences in costs
will be adjusted accordingly.
Any items returned without an
authorization from Perfect Magic Reg’d will not be accepted and will be returned
to you.
