Perfect Magic Reg’d Shipping Policy
Ground shipping to the USA and Canada is free on orders of $100.00 or more.
There are some limitations.
1). Canadian COD orders will be charged the COD portion only.
2). Express and priority orders will be charged the regular rates.
3). In certain cases, such as unusually heavy and/or larger orders, there could be special carrying charges. These will be determined by the carrier and we will inform you prior to processing your order.Please note for our international customers. Any orders less that $50.00 and the weight does not exceed 2 kg and the package size qualifies, the order will be shipped by Petit Paquet Air unless otherwise instructed. The package will still be insured but there will be no tracing number. The cost is a lot less than regular parcel service.
COD is an option ONLY within Canada. We reserve the right
to refuse a COD order and the reason for doing so is available on request.
Once
payment has been accepted, orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. All orders are shipped insured.
Back
orders will be shipped on arrival and no additional shipping charges will
apply. The back order will be shipped by the same service type as the original
order. ONE EXCEPTION IS COD ORDERS, in
which case the full order will be charged. This will save the additional COD
charge made by the carrier.
We do our
best to fill back orders as quickly as we can. If for any reason there is a
lengthy delay we will notify you by either email or a phone call.
Unless
specially requested, we will use our discretion on choosing the carrier.
We take
extra care in packing orders. Once your order leaves our premises we can no
longer be held responsible for any damages, delays etc. All claims must be made to the carrier within
a reasonable period of time. Of course we will do our part to make this process
as easy as possible for you.
