If we have your email address you will be notified by the carrier when your package is shipped and will include a tracking number and any other information provided by the carrier. If you order via our web site, you will be additionally notified from our site.
We ship everything insured. Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier. We will do everything we can to facilitate and expedite your claim.
Defective merchandise will be replaced. If not available, a store credit will be issued. We must be notified before returning anything.
